A seasoned broker associate with decades of experience in the real estate industry, Laura Kramer Rahmil offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Her broad real estate background includes working in business development, marketing, and project management, which enables her to service a wide variety of customers looking to buy, sell, or invest in residential and commercial real estate. She’s also worked for a number of leading real estate companies in Chicago and California, and was a managing broker and director for a real estate technology firm, where she helped build teams and launch offices nationwide.

 

Whether she’s helping first-time buyers find their dream home, assisting seniors with transitioning out of their current home, or getting sellers the best value for their property, Laura has a reputation for honesty, professionalism, and fairness. Growing up in Ukraine, Laura learned courage, passion, resilience, and single-mindedness, all qualities she now uses to ensure her clients meet their goals. Since immigrating to the U.S., Laura has lived and worked throughout the nation, including Illinois, Florida, Kentucky, and California, where she has been since 2009. Laura is also a graduate of the Landmark Education curricula and a motivational speaker. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, and Polish fluently, and has basic knowledge of German, Greek, Hebrew, and Spanish.
